Credit Card Errors
There area a few reasons why the RAIL will decline a guest's card include:
Credit card may not be valid
•
Funds are insufficient
•
Credit card cannot be read
•
Credit card was poorly swiped
•
Ensure the card is a valid credit card and not damaged. The guest may need to provide another card, or you can try to run
the card through the POS terminal.
