Survey

After selecting the receipt delivery option, the guest will be presented with a short survey of three questions. The first
screen will have one question, and the second screen will have the final two.
The guest can choose to not answer the questions by pressing the "No Thanks" button.
After the survey, the guest will finalize their payment.
