STEP 1- REMOVE MONITOR PLATE FROM MOUNT
Remove and save Phillips head
screws and washers. Screws and
washers will be used to reattach
monitor plate in step 6.
STEP 2A- MONITOR PLATE ATTACHMENT
Connect monitor plate to TV
