Quick Start Guide The Video2Digital® Converter (Deluxe Edition) is the easiest way to convert video to digital format without your computer. Here’s how to get started. 1. Fully charge the device. We highly recommend fully charging the Video2Digital® Converter before first use. (If the converter is very low on battery, the unit may not turn on.)
