The ClearClick HD Video Capture Box Ultimate may not have saved the movie file on the flash drive due to several possible reasons:
1. Incorrect Input Connection – Ensure the UHS tape player is properly connected to the capture device using the correct input (e.g., RCA, HDMI, or S-Video). 2. Unsupported Flash Drive Format – The flash drive must be formatted in a compatible file system (e.g., FAT32 or exFAT). 3. Insufficient Storage – Check if the flash drive has enough free space to store the recorded video. 4. Recording Not Started Properly – Ensure the capture process was started and stopped correctly according to the device instructions. 5. File Corruption or Error – The recording process may have been interrupted, leading to a missing or corrupted file. 6. Device Malfunction – If the problem persists, try using a different flash drive or contact ClearClick support for troubleshooting.
