    Information about these operating instructions Welcome to OASE Living Water. You made a good choice with the purchase of this product ProfiClear Guard. Prior to commissioning the unit, please read the instructions of use carefully and fully familiarise yourself with the unit.

    Downloaded from www.watergardeningdirect.com - GB - The level control unit in conjunction with the level sensor functions as follows The level control unit is permanently connected to the level sensor, the electrodes of which are immersed in the pond to be monitored. The level control unit is also connected to the solenoid valve. The level control unit generates a measuring signal which is used to monitor the voltage applied between the elec- trodes of the level sensor.

    • Complete the installation with a free flowing outlet (with air gap separation). OASE recommends: Conduct the water flowing out of the free flowing outlet (3) (with air gap separation) through a DN 50 pipe (9) or larger, or via a water course into the pond.
  • Page 9: Protective Measures

    • Fit the fastening flange (16) to a suitable support (post, stone) using 2 screws (not included in the delivery scope). OASE recommends: Fit the level probe so that it is protected from the wind and waves, for example inside a riser pipe.
