3 Setting into Operation

3.1 Mains connection

For power supply, connect the mains cable pro-
vided to the mains jack and to a mains socket
(230 V/ 50 Hz) . The unit will be switched on and
the starting process will begin . Then the unit
will go to the operating mode most recently
selected; the operating mode will be indicated
on the display .
WARNING
To prevent damage to your eyes,
never look directly into the light
source for any length of time .
Please note that fast changes in lighting may
trigger epileptic seizures with photosensitive
persons or person with epilepsy!
3.2 Operation
The LED moving head TWIST-40LED offers three
different modes:
1 . automatic run of show programs
2 . music-controlled mode via the integrated
microphone
3 . DMX-controlled mode via a light controller
(e . g . DMX 1440 or DMX-510USB)
3.2.1 Settings via the menu
Use the buttons under the display to select the
settings and functions desired . The functions
and settings are indicated on the display .

Sensitivity of music control:
0 – 100
When set to "on", the display will
light continuously .
When set to "oFF", the display
will extinguish after 30 sec . if no
button is pressed; it will light up
for 30 sec . again when a button is
pressed .
Press the button ENTER to turn
the display indication by 180°
(for upside-down installation of
the unit)
