7.2 Tine Replacement
The tines are subject to damage and wear. They will
require replacement when they become damaged or
excessively worn.
1. Remove the 3/8 x 1-1/4" tine retaining bolt from the
tine being replaced.
2. Loosen the remaining bolts in the hold-down plate.
Note: Each hold-down plate holds six tines. It may
be necessary to loosen all the bolts in the
hold-down plate to remove an individual tine.
3. Slide the tine out from under the tine hold-down
plate.
4. Install the replacement tine and tighten the bolt.
Tighten any other bolt that was loosened.

7.3 Welding Repairs
Before performing any type of welding repair to
the landscape rake, contact Titan Implement
for approval. Repair welding must be done with
care and with procedures that may be beyond the
capabilities of the ordinary welder.
WARNING
Personal Injury Hazard
Repairs or modifi cations to the landscape
rake can result in serious injury or death
should these repairs fail.
NOTICE
Anyone performing a welding repair should be certifi ed
in accordance to the American Welding Society (AWS)
standards.
