If so equipped a Honda EU7000is gasoline generator will be located on the hitch. Since
generators must constantly adjust for varying amp drains, it is considered normal for the RPM
levels of the generator to fluctuate and the frequency level to jump when handling large loads.
Also included is a Honda Universal Generator Cover which is designed to protect your generator
when not in use. Features of the cover include: custom-fitted, water resistant, and an elastic band
for a secure fit. CAUTION- Do not use during transport as damage could occur to the cover.
Manufacturer information:
Read and understand the Honda EU7000is manual before you begin using it. Know what the
controls do and how to operate them. Familiarize yourself with the generator and its operation
before you begin using it. Know how to quickly shut off the generator in case of an emergency.
For your safety, to ensure compliance
with government regulations, and to
maximize the service life of your
equipment, it is very important to take
a few moments before you operate the
generator to check its condition. Be
sure to take care of any problem you
find, or have your servicing dealer
correct it, before you operate the
generator.
Before Operation:

Check the Engine

1. Before each use, look around
and underneath the engine for
signs of oil or gasoline leaks.
2. Check the engine oil level. A
low oil level will cause the Oil
Alert system to shut down the
engine.
3. Check the air filters. Dirty air
filters will restrict air flow to
the fuel system, reducing
engine and generator
performance.
4. Check the fuel level. Starting
with a full tank will help to
eliminate or reduce operating
interruptions for refueling.
