INTERIOR SCROLL CUTTING (FIG 11)
1. Lay out the design on the work piece. Drill a 1/4" hole in the work piece.
2. Remove the blade. See Install or remove the blades.
3. Place the work piece on the saw table with the hole in the work piece over the access hole in the
table.
4. Install a blade through the hole in the work piece.
5. Start cutting.
6. When finished making the interior scroll cuts simply turn the scroll saw Off. unplug the saw before
removing the blade from the blade holder. Remove the work piece from the table.

BEVEL CUTTING

1. Layout or secure design to work piece.
2. Move the blade drop foot to the highest position.
3. Tilt the table to the desired angle by loosening the table bevel lock knob and moving the table to the
proper angle using the degree scale and the pointer.
4. Lower and adjust the blade drop foot to make sure it is parallel to the table and rests flat against
the work piece.
5. follow the steps 3 to 7 under General freehand Cutting.

CLEANING
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from
various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. use clean cloths to remove
dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.
WArning:
based products, penetrating oils, etc., come in contact with plastic parts.
Chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic which may result in serious
personal injury.
electric tools used on fiberglass material, wallboard, spackling compounds, or plaster are subject to
accelerated wear and possible premature failure because the fiberglass chips and groundings are
highly abrasive to bearings, brushes, commutators, etc. Consequently, we do not recommend using
this tool for extended work on these types of materials. However, if you do work with any of these
materials, it is extremely important to clean the tool using compressed air.
