Warranty

For the training suits and cables distributed by us, we provide a 6 month long warranty starting from
the date of purchase. Warranty is valid only with the invoice. Without the invoice free repair cannot
be requested.
During the time of warranty, repair is provided at no cost for the machine for damages caused during
production or for defects in the materials used. Charges for repair will be made after the expiration of
the warranty period. The device serial number must accompany all requests for warranty services.
Warranty immediately ends in case of the absence of the seal of guarantee.
After the warranty period any kind of repairing is done for a fee. We willingly make a price
offer which includes the price of repairing of the machines.
Warranty period for the training suits and cables are 6 months.
Warranty period for the electrodes are 60 months.
The damages of the accessories do not mean the replacement of the machine automatically.
Tearing or damaging the warranty seal placed on the machine results the immediate loss of
warranty.
7.1

Warranty does not include the followings

Regular check, maintenance and repairing or changing the accessories tending to
deteriorate.
Damages caused due to improper use of the suit.
Damages caused by electricity, water, fire, high voltage, vis major or war as well as violent
behavior, improper connection to the system, improper airing or other causes for which not
the XBody Hungary LLC responsible for.
Damaged suit or accessories which were got into that condition because of an accident, own
rd
or a 3 person's fault, or because improper use as well as damages caused by products of
other manufacturers.
Damages deriving from unprofessional packaging or delivery.
