Review of the cabling and electrode installation process:

Accessories:
o Training suit (vest and pants: sizes S, M, L)
o "L" formed electrodes (4 for each size)
o "Square" formed electrodes (8 for each size)
o "D" formed electrodes (4 for each size)
o Cable sets specific to suit size
Place the vest on a flat floor.
Zip out the vest and turn out both sides exposing the interior of the vest.
Unfasten all the belts.
Sever the cable set to longer and shorter cable.
Lace up the longer cables into the vest.
Lace up the shorter cables into the upper part of the pants.
Fasten the cables with Velcro straps.
Cable the vest and lace up the cables according to the color codes.
Cable the pants.
Install electrodes into the suit:
o "Square" formed electrodes:



o "D" formed electrodes:


o "L" formed electrodes:


Close the vest
Important! Fasten the Velcro straps in the right way. All geometry must mirror the
opposing side.

Suiting the client

Note: It is essential prior to training, to wet all the containment surfaces of the electrodes
appropriately using water, which can be easily applied with the provided water pump. This must be
done before suiting the client and the underwear of the client must be wet at the electrode places
as well. Wetting the surfaces of the electrode containment and the underwear provides the
conductive path for the electrical stimulation from the electrodes to the skin of the client.
Before getting the suit on, all the belts must be loosened. Once it is on, start fastening the belts from
the bottom with a symmetric sequence of movements (both sides at the same time).
Install 2 pieces for the lower back/waist
Install 2 pieces for the bottom in the pants
Install 2x2 pieces for the flexors and extensors in the pants
Install 2 pieces for the two sides of the vest (abdomen)
Install 2 pieces for the backside of the vest
Install 2 pieces for the two upper sides of the vest (chest)
Install 2 pieces for the middle of the vest
