1.
Place
the gas can rack
on
the rail of your util-
ity trailer
where you would like
it
mounted. Make
sure
the rack
does
not extend past the widest
part
of
the trailer. Align the
holes in the bottom
of the gas can rack
with the
center of
the
rail.
You may need
to
adjust the position of the rack
so
the four slots in the bottom are clear of any
obstruction.
2.
Mark the position of the two holes on the
trailer
rail.
WARNING!
Check
for locations of brake lines
and electrical
wiring
etc.,
beJorg
drilling
any
holes.
Any damage to trailer during installation
is the
installer's
sole
responsibility.
3.
Drill
1.3/32'holes in the positions marked.

Bolt the rack to the trailer
with two

socket head cap screws, four 3/8"

washers, and

nylock nuts supplied
and tighten.
5.
Thread the
fiqe
epd of
the strap through the
rack as shown for holding
lwo
2-1/2 gal. cans or
thread the strap into the other slots for holding
one
5
gal. can. Then thread the buckle onto the
end of
the strap
as shown.
