Cisco Nexus 1000V for VMware vSphere Interface Configuration Guide, Release 5.x
Configuring Port Channels
When upgrading toRelease 4.2(1)SV1(5.2)
or higher, you disable the LACP offload
feature by default. Starting in Release
5.2(1)SV3(1.1), The LACP offload is the
only mode that we support. After you
upgrade, The VEMs will automatically go
into offload mode for LCAP. We recommend
that you add the LACP offload configuration
to VSM for consistency.
