A fallback input can be used twice.
For example, ANA 1-4 can be the fallback of both AVB 1-4 and AVB 5-8.
Crossed combinations are not possible.
For example, it is not possible for MIC 3-4 to be the fallback of AES 1-2.
Inputs designated as fallback are reserved for this usage, and therefore can no longer be selected as sources in
the router.
