    GPI and two GPO, allows for control of preconfigured status or operations. Two USB 2.0 host connectors allow the connection of the P1 Sensor for temperature and humidity measurement or a USB storage device (max. 500 mA / 5 V).

    The AES/EBU and analog outputs of P1 are always time-aligned. When a P1 unit is used as a front-end processor to feed LA12X, compatible LA4X, or other P1 units using AVB for the main distribution and AES/EBU or analog for the redundant distribution, it is recommended to enable Time-alignment for this P1 unit in LA Network Manager.

    When two P1 processors are configured to create an 8x8 matrix, it is recommended to enable the 8x8 matrix option for these P1 units in LA Network Manager. In an 8x8 matrix, AVB 5-8 is used to cross patch physical inputs between the two P1 processors, and AVB 1-4 is used to send the DSP busses to amplified controllers.
