    GPI and two GPO, allows for control of preconfigured status or operations. Two USB 2.0 host connectors allow the connection of the P1 Sensor for temperature and humidity measurement or a USB storage device (max. 500 mA / 5 V).

    The AES/EBU and analog outputs of P1 are always time-aligned. When a P1 unit is used as a front-end processor to feed LA12X, compatible LA4X, or other P1 units using AVB for the main distribution and AES/EBU or analog for the redundant distribution, it is recommended to enable Time-alignment for this P1 unit in LA Network Manager.

In an 8x8 matrix, AVB 5-8 is used to cross patch physical inputs between the two P1 processors, and AVB 1-4 is used to send the DSP busses to amplified controllers.
