Swipe Customer Card Swipe card.
Fleet Pin (Information) If prompted, have customer enter pin on PINpad and press [ENTER].
Product #: xxx Enter the product number, then press [ ], or
[Fuel] [Service] [Cstore] Select [FUEL], [SERVICE], or [CSTORE], follow the prompts to select
the product code, and then press [DONE].
Sale Amount: $ Enter sale amount, then press [DONE].
Tax Amount: $ If prompted, enter tax amount and press [DONE].
Total Sale: $ Press [DONE].
Voice Approval # If prompted, enter voice approval number, then press [DONE]. Receipts
print.
GIFT CARD – ACTIVATE
DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Select [GIFT CARD MAINT].
Gift Card Maint Select [ACTIVATE].
Swipe Gift Card Swipe card.
Amount: $ Enter activation amount, then press [DONE]. Receipts print.
GIFT CARD BALANCE INQUIRY
DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Select [GIFT CARD MAINT].
Gift Card Maint Select [BALANCE INQUIRY].
Swipe Gift Card Swipe card. The terminal prints the available balance.
MANUAL CARD ENTRY
(for credit and fleet cards only)

Idle Prompt Select [SALE TYPE].
Enter Account # and Enter account number and expiration date, and then press [DONE].
Expiration Date: mmyy
Continue by following the prompts displayed on the terminal.
REPRINT RECEIPT
DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Press the [ ] key and select [REPRINT RECEIPT]. Receipts print.
CLOSE SHIFT/DAY
Run Host and Terminal reports to balance the transactions you have completed during your business
day. Refer to the Administrative Functions section in the Reference Guide for procedures.

Idle Prompt Select [MANAGER FUNCTIONS].
Manager Functions Select [SETTLEMENTS].
Settlements Select [Shift] to print up-to-date settlement totals for the current shift
Shift or End of Day without resetting the host settlement totals to zero.
Select [End of Day] to print up-to-date settlement totals for the current
business day and reset the host settlement totals to zero.
