Causes
1. No power or condition in
the socket is not working
properly.
2. The connector cable is
damaged.
1. The double nozzle is
worn cut.
2. Air exists in the hose.
3. Dirt exists in the water
storage.
4. The inlet hose leaks or
blockage.
5. The inlet or outlet value
is damaged.
6. The sealed ring of the
plunger is damaged.
7. The O-ring of the unload
valve is damaged.
8. Pump seat leaks.
1. The sealed ring is
damaged.
2. The bolt work loose.
1. The new pump doesn't
take in water.
2. Dirt exists in the pump.
3. The inlet or outlet valve is
damaged.
Trouble Shooting
Solution
1. Check the power source
and the socket to see
if the plug connected.
2. Change the cable.
1. Change the double
nozzle.
2. Start the motor, turn on
the spray nozzle and ll
the inlet hose with water
to exhaust air.
3. Clean or Change the inlet
hose.
4. Change the valves.
5. Change the sealed ring.
6. Change the O-ring.
7. change the pump seat.
1. Change the sealed ring.
2. Tighten the bolt.
1. Switch on, and open the
gun trigger valve, then ll
water into the inlet hose
so as to exhaust air,
place the inlet hose into
water tank.
2. Remove the dirt.
3. Change the valve.
