Press [MENU], then [ ] to go back to the original screen.
Perform a printing test again to make sure the dot drop-out has been corrected.
If the problem persists, try performing cleaning a second time.
If the printer has been used for a long period, the problem may not be fixed even after performing cleaning
two or three times. If the problem does not go away, try cleaning using a different method.

Press [ ] to display the figure on the left.
Press [ ], then [ ].
Press [ ].
Press [ ] or [ ] to select the group of print heads that is
not to be cleaned.
Press [ ] or [ ] to get rid of the group display.
Repeat this until only the groups that require cleaning
are displayed, and then press [ENTER].
Normal cleaning starts.
When finished, the screen shown in the figure appears again.
