Once the laser has been levelled the beams blink every 10 seconds. Is this normal. I have installed new batteries
No, it is not normal for the DeWalt DW088 laser beams to blink every 10 seconds after leveling. Blinking beams indicate the laser is out of its self-leveling range (greater than 4° tilt) and is not level or plumb. Reposition the laser on a more level surface.
