Keyboard Removal & Re-attachment
You can remove or re-attach the keyboard using these steps.
1. Open the Writer cover, and lay it flat on a level surface.
2. With one hand, hold down the Writer by firmly holding the iPad.
3. With the other hand, raise the keyboard so it is pointing up at a slight
angle. Figure 3
4. Pull firmly on the keyboard; it will slide out of the center piece and
become detached from the Writer frame. Figure 4
5. Press docking tab down flat to reingage with the magnetic plate.
6. To re-attach the keyboard, start with the Writer laying flat on a level
surface. The docking tab should be laying flat. Figure 6
7. With one hand, hold down the Writer frame by firmly holding the iPad.
8. With the other hand, slide the keyboard along the Writer's protective
surface on to the docking tab. Figure 8
