Making an Outside Call


Lift the handset and dial [0], followed by the number.

OR with the handset down dial [0], followed by the number.

Replace the handset, or press the Speaker key

Making an Internal Call


Lift the handset and dial the extension number.

OR with the handset down, dial the extension number.

Replace the handset, or press the Speaker key

Answering a Call


Simply lift the handset.

OR press the Speaker key.
Hold

During a call press the Hold key.
The Call key will now flash green, the hold key a steady red and you will hear silence on your
handset while the caller is on hold.

Replacing the handset will result in a short reminder tone being played thru your speaker.

To return to the call - when the handset was replaced, simply lift the handset.

To return to the call – when the handset was not replaced

Transferring a Call


While in conversation press the Transfer key.

Dial the extension number OR press a pre-programmed extension key.

Either, wait for the called party to answer and announce the call, (Supervised transfer) or
simply hangup without introducing the call. (Blind transfer)

To return to the outside caller (for supervised Trsf calls only), press the soft key under Cancel
and then the Resume softkey.
> Either press the flashing green Call button.
> Or press the soft key under the Resume as displayed on the screen.
> Or repress the Hold key again.
