If your Braun FaceSpa Pro 911 won't turn on after charging, check the following:
1. Ensure Full Charge – The pilot light should be constant white for 5 seconds after charging, indicating a full charge. If the light is flashing yellow, the battery is low and needs charging. 2. Check for Overheating – If the red pilot light is flashing or constantly on, the motor may have overheated or is blocked. Wait for it to cool down before trying again. 3. Verify Battery Condition – If the motor has stopped and the yellow light is flashing fast, the battery is empty and needs recharging. 4. Confirm Proper Use – Press the switch center (I) to turn the device on.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, the battery may need replacement, or the device may require servicing.
