Troubleshooting

When you have trouble with your phone, you might check
the following troubleshooting information:
Problems
Has the battery been
charged?
Is the valid UIM card
inserted?
Is your phone ruined
or damped?
Is non Motorola-
branded battery and/
or charger used?
Is there signal on
the phone?
What if your voice

during the call?

Troubleshooting
Battery icon shall have the grid like
there is no grid, charge your battery.
If necessary, switch off your phone and
ensure the valid UIM card is inserted.
Dropping, damping or using non Motorola-
branded batteries and/or chargers may
ruin your phone. Motorola's warranty does
not cover damage to the mobile device
caused by damping with liquid or using
non-Motorola batteries and/or chargers.
There should be at least one grid in the
signal strength icon. If there is no grid, use
your phone where there is strong signal.
Ensure that the call is not configured
to "Hold". Additionally, ensure that the
microphone on your phone is not blocked
by any original accessory or retention.
