Preheat on HIGH for 15-20 minutes with a closed lid, then set to desired temperature. This is a guideline for cooking in outdoor temperature of 22⁰C. To add a trademark taste to your cooking, try the Napoleon woodchip smoker as an optional accessory with mesquite- or hickory-flavoured woodchips. -
