The following are general instructions for installation of
the Polaris RZR
570/800 Expedition Rack
(RBO5140).
®
™
-It is the up to the installer that each rack be securely
mounted.
-RBO recommends using two people for install.
-Install "Side Assemblies" to the base unit using top
mounting holes using
-Do not fully tighten, keep "Side Assemblies" slightly
loose. This will give a little play with installation on unit.
-Place the side mounting bolt into side mounting hole but
do not install fully
