Solution
Increase height of cut and
walk slower

Tighten blade nut/bolt (17 Nm)

(e.g. by inserting and
removing the battery several
times) or replace the battery

Insert mains plug (fully) into
the socket outlet
Check the mains voltage
and if necessary, have the
battery charger checked by an
authorized customer service

Leave the battery charging for
an extra 30mins, the battery
will awaken and the charger
will complete charging
Allow battery to rest at room
temperature until charging can
resume
