General:
The Visual Output Board (EV3000) Fast Fit Kit consists
of:
1 x Visual Output Board
4 x 4K7 EOL (RES1096) LED STROBES
4 x 10K EOL (RES1010) XENON STROBES
1 x 26 Way Ribbon Cable 1280mm (260-0029)
4 x M3 x 6mm screws (HW1585)
4 x M3 Rivnut (HW2323)
4 x M3 x 8mm Spacer (HW2274)
Description:
The BRDEV3VOB3-A / BRDEV3VOB3-B or the 302-
623B / 302-623C cater for field connections of Visual
Warning Strobes. Each board will terminate four (4)
zones of Visual Warning Strobes.
Each Zone Output on a BRDEV3VOB3-A / 302-623C
board can cater for up to four pairs of LED strobes.
Each Zone Output on a BRDEV3VOB3-B / 302-623B
board can cater for up to forty pairs of XENON strobes.
NOTE: XENON strobes and LED strobes can not be
inter-changed. Use the
configuring your system.
BRDEV3VOB3-A = LED STROBES
302-623C = LED STROBES
BRDEV3VOB3-B = XENON STROBES
302-623B = XENON STROBES
Installation:
Mount Board on appropriate standoffs and fit to rear
backpan using existing mounting points if available.
Visual Warning Strobes must be capable of operating
on 24V DC (nominal). See approved Visual Warning
Strobes.
If no Visual Warning Strobes are fitted to an output,
terminate with 10K EOL for XENON STROBES or 4K7
EOL for LED STOBES. Otherwise terminate the last
Visual on a line with the correct EOL (see Figures 3 and
4 )
Each visual output from the EV3000 will operate a pair
of indicators, i.e. an Alert (Amber) and Evac (Red)
Strobe. Visual pairs are fitted in reverse polarity.
