Preface PREFACE Overview The Wander Management Solution monitors doors, elevators, hallways, and stairwells to assist staff in monitoring residents in a facility. The transmitter is placed on the wrist or ankle of the resident. If a transmitter is detected in an Exit Alarm Zone and the door is open, an alarm sounds at the exit.

General Information Reusable The Adult transmitter can be used with a Locking reusable locking band. The material used to make these bands is thicker; therefore making it stronger and more difficult to cut through or stretch. The band comes with a small key that is used to remove the band.

Testing and Care TESTING AND CARE Transmitter Do not use the transmitter tester on a transmitter with an expiration date that has Testing expired. Results may not be accurate. All steps are mandatory. CAUTION: You must test all transmitters prior to use to verify proper operation. This includes every time that the band is replaced.
