    This product manual can help you understand, use, and maintain your Slingshot. In order to avoid danger caused by collisions, falls, and loss of control, please use caution and learn how to ride the Slingshot safely.     ASSEMBLY The Slingshot comes partially assembled, you will need to attach the Stem into the Stem Base to fully assemble the Slingshot. First, slide the Stem into the Stem Base. Align the holes in the Stem and Stem Base. Then, place the Small Bolt and Washer through the front hole of the Stem and the Long Bolt through the back of the Stem.

    Port when you are done charging the Slingshot. Before your first ride you must fully charge the Slingshot - charge for 7 hours for the first 3 times you use it. For every ride after, charge your Slingshot until it is fully charged, and NOT LONGER.

    TURNING THE SLINGSHOT ON AND OFF To turn the Slingshot on, flip the Power Switch located on the right side of the Slingshot under the Deck to “On.” To turn the Slingshot off, first make sure the Slingshot is not in motion.
  • Page 9 Keep one foot behind the other, (it’s more comfortable to place one foot forward and the other one turned at 70-90°). It will help you gain more stability. The turns on the Slingshot are commanded by the direction you turn the Handlebar/Front Wheel in. Before turning, look both ways to make sure your path is clear.

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE DRIVING RANGE The average range of the Slingshot is 4 miles. However, a lot of factors will affect how far you can go per charge: • Driving surface: A smooth, flat surface will increase driving distance. • Weight: More weight means less distance.

    • Do not ride after drinking or taking prescription medication. • Do not carry items when riding. • Prior to each ride, inspect each part of the Slingshot to ensure it has been maintained correctly and is functioning properly. • Always give way to pedestrians.
  • Page 12 ADDITIONAL OPERATION CAUTIONS Do not lift the Slingshot off the ground while it is on and the wheels are in motion. This can result in freely spinning wheels, which may cause injury to yourself or others nearby. Do not jump on or off the Slingshot, and do not jump while using it.
