MASSEY FERGUSON 1600 SERIES

Rear PTO

The 540 rpm rear PTO is standard equipment.
The shaft meets ASAE standards with six
splines and 1 3/8" diameter. A hydraulic brake
engages automatically when the PTO is dis-
engaged to bring the PTO shaft to a stop.

Mid PTO

The 2000 rpm mid PTO is available as a field
installed option on the 1635 and 1643, 1648,
1652. The shaft meets ASAE standards with
21 splines and 1" diameter on the 1635 and
the 1 3/8" diameter on the 1643, 1648, and
1652. The mid PTO uses the same brake as
the rear PTO.
