Primary cell batteries
∫ DANGER !
≥ Take care not to allow battery liquids to enter eyes.
There is a danger that sight will be lost, etc., if liquid does enter eyes, so wash
thoroughly with clean water without rubbing the eyes, then immediately seek
treatment from a physician.
∫ WARNING
≥ Keep batteries out of reach of infants.
Consult a physician immediately if batteries are swallowed.
≥ Do not touch battery liquid directly.
If the liquid does get onto your skin or clothes, it can cause injury and damage, so
wash off immediately with clean water. Furthermore, if the liquid is licked,
immediately gargle and consult a physician.
≥ Insert r and s correctly, observing the markings on the unit.
≥ Do not recharge.
≥ Do not short, apply heat, disassemble, or put into fire, etc.
≥ Do not carry or store together with other metal items such as coins, keys, or
necklaces.
≥ Remove the battery when it is drained and if the unit is not to be used for a long
period.

≥ Do not peel off or damage the plastic sleeve.
≥ Do not apply strong shocks such as by dropping or throwing.
≥ Do not deform.
≥ Do not weld batteries directly.
≥ Do not use, store, or leave batteries in locations with high temperatures such as next
to fire, places in direct sunlight, or cars under the hot sun.
≥ Insulate with tape, etc., when storing or disposing of the battery.
≥ Do not wet batteries with water, etc.
≥ Use the specified battery.
≥ Never put batteries in mouth. If swallowed, contact your physician or local poison
control center.
