Bolt the large rear panel to the side panel and to the base plate. Bolt the other side panel to the base and rear panel...

Attach the small rear panel to the side panels but do not attach it to the large rear panel yet as the next step in assembly is to bolt the large top panel at the same attachment points.

Now fit the cabinet top panel into the cabinet, the rear panels and the top panel share the same nuts and bolts. Note: The lip on the cabinet top panel sits on top of the two rear panels. Fit each door into the base of the cabinet, one at a time, the door hinge pins locate into the holes on the base of the cabinet.

Note: The 3 burner model has 1 door. 4, 5 burner models have 2 doors and the 6 burner models have 2 doors and a separate middle panel to divide the 2 doors which bolt to the base and the door fascia. The next step is to remove the drip tray from the BBQ and locate the barbecue into the top of the cabinet, NOTE make sure to place the regulator and hose through the hole on the right hand side of the cabinet...

The next step is to secure the serving shelf brackets onto the cabinet side panels, Note: There are left and right hand shelf brackets. The shelf brackets are secured along with the barbecue using the 8 x 35 mm bolts. NOTE, finger tighten these bolts until final assembly of the side shelves in step 12.

Bolt the serving shelves to the shelf brackets with the 15 mm bolts, spacers, washers and nuts. The spacer sits in the slot in the side of the serving shelf, to allow the shelf to fold up and down once tightened. Place the drip tray into the front of the barbecue.

Tighten all the bolts on the cabinet and lock the castors when the barbecue is in place. NOTE, Trolleys are optional accessories, please read these instructions along with TUCKER GTR barbecue instructions for further operating and safety instructions. CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR CABINET TROLLEY Wash all surfaces regularly with hot soapy water.
