Check the fuel pump signal circuit at the ECM.
Using DVOM place the Positive probe at the relay
and ground.

Key On Engine Off.
Was the voltage present?
Replace fuel pump relay.

Replace the ECM.

Check for restricted fuel pump strainer.
Check for plugged fuel filter.
