Failure
Unit is not operating
Air supply heater or pre-heater is not
operating or
malfunctioning (if installed)
Too low air flow at rated fan speed
Filters are clogged and no message is shown
on
the remote control

Possible faults and troubleshooting

Cause
No supply voltage
Two-pole protection device is off or a current
leakage relay is active (if installed by the
installer)
Too low air flow in air ducts activates
automatic
protection
Manual protection is activated
Clogged supply and/or extract air flter(s)
Wrong time in flter timers or their switch is
broken, or its pressure is set improperly.
Explanation / corrective actions
Check whether the device is connected to the
plug socket
Switch on only if the unit condition has been
evaluated by a qualifed electrician. If the
system
failed, the failure MUST BE rectifed prior to
switching it on.
Check if air flters are not clogged Check if
fans
are rotating
Possible heater or unit failure. MUST address
the
servicing staff for failure detection and its
elimination.
Filter replacement needed
Shorten flter timer time till the message of
clogged flters or replace the pressure switch
of
the flters, or set their proper pressure.
