Select a target Bluetooth device from the list and press Beam (left

softkey). (The recipient's phone will then display a confirmation screen
where they'll have to agree to save the newly sent task to their own list.)
To receive a beamed contact:
When receiving a task sent by another compatible device, you are prompted to
accept the new incoming information and then store it to your current tasks list.

Read the confirmation screen and press Done (right softkey).

Managing Voice Memos

Use your device's Voice Notes to record brief memos to remind you of important
events, phone numbers, or grocery list items.
Recording Voice Memos
Press Start > Organizer > Voice Notes > Record (left softkey).

Begin recording after the prompt.
To end the recording of your memo:
Press Stop (left softkey).

Note: Memo storage capacity is limited only by the amount of available memory.
Voice Memo Options
To rename voice memos you have recorded:
Press Start > Organizer > Voice Notes. Voice memo names start with

the prefix "Recording," followed by a sequence number for each
recording, starting at 1.

Select a voice memo from the list and press Menu > Rename.
Either press

key to make changes within the voice memo name.

To play the voice memos you have recorded:
Press Start > Organizer > Voice Notes.
