PC connectivity
A problem occurs
when connecting
the phone to a PC
If the above guidelines do not help you to solve the problem,
take note of:
• the model and serial numbers of your phone
• your warranty details
• a clear description of the problem
• Then contact your local dealer or Samsung after-sales
service.
Description & Solution
• Make sure that PC Studio has been
installed and is running on your PC.
See the User's Guide for PC Studio on
the CD-ROM for further information
on how to use PC Studio.
• Check if USB mode is set to PC
