It is necessary to enter password to shift to setting

mode when you set password at the first time.

Set the conversion rate per integral active power 1 kWh.
You can set 5 kinds of rate for each time zone, all-time,
time zone 1, time zone 2, time zone 3 and time zone 4.
Rate for all-time is used when time program is not set.

time zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 are used. Rate for all-time is not used.
