Answering External Calls

This section describes how to answer an external call.

On receiving an external call, the phone rings and
a green lamp lights on the corresponding C.O.
line button. Lift the handset to answer the call.
Press the [Speaker] button to answer using the

speakerphone.

Start conversation.

Replace the handset to disconnect the call.
Press the [Speaker] button again when using the

speakerphone.
