Locking/Unlocking the Doors Using a Key
If the lock or unlock button of the keyless remote does not work, use the key
instead.

Fully insert the key and turn it.
1Locking/Unlocking the Doors Using a Key
South African models
When you lock the driver's door with a key, all the
other doors and tailgate lock at the same time. When
unlocking, the driver's door unlocks first. Turning the
key a second time within a few seconds does not
unlock the remaining doors and the tailgate.
Except South African models
When you lock/unlock the driver's door with the key,
all of the other doors and tailgate lock/unlock at the
same time.
Models with retractable key
If you are using the retractable key, make sure it is
fully extended.
Unlocking the doors with the key causes the security
system * to alarm. Always unlock the doors and
tailgate with the remote transmitter.
