Display Menu Setting

Displaying the Date/Time

✤ The Date/Time function works in Camera/Player/M.Cam/M.Player modes.
✤ The date and time are automatically recorded on a special data area of the
tape.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA or PLAYER.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE or MEMORY CARD.
(SC-D353/D354/D355 only)
3. Press the MENU button.

The menu list will appear.
4. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select
Display, then press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select
Date/Time, then press the Menu selector.
6. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select the
display type of the Date/Time, then press the Menu
selector.
I Display type of the Date/Time: Off, Date, Time,
Date&Time.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
[ Notes ]
I The Date/Time will read 12:00 AM JAN.1,2005 in the
following conditions.
- During playback of a blank section of a tape.
- If the tape was recorded before setting the Date/Time in the Camcorder.
- When the Lithium battery becomes weak or dead.
I Before you use the Date/Time function, you must set the clock. See Setting
the Clock on page 27.

✤ La date et l'heure sont enregistrées automatiquement dans une zone de la
cassette réservée à ce type de données.

- la cassette a été enregistrée avant le réglage de la fonction Date/Time
<Date/Heure> du caméscope ;
- lorsque la pile au lithium est faible ou déchargée.

Vous devez régler l'horloge avant d'utiliser la fonction d'horodatage. Voir
Réglage de l'horloge, page 27.
1. Réglez l'interrupteur Power sur CAMERA ou PLAYER.
2. Placez l'interrupteur Mode sur TAPE ou MEMORY
CARD. (modèles SC-D353/D354/D355 uniquement)
3. Appuyez sur le bouton MENU.
I La liste des menus apparaît.
4. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la gauche ou
vers la droite pour sélectionner Display <Affichage>
puis appuyez sur Menu selector.
5. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la gauche ou
vers la droite pour sélectionner Date/Time
<Date/heure> puis appuyez sur Menu selector.
6. Déplacez le bouton Menu selector vers la gauche ou
vers la droite pour sélectionner le type d'affichage de la
date et de l'heure puis appuyez sur Menu selector.

Type d'affichage de la date et de l'heure : Off
<Arrêt>, Date <Date>, Time <Heure>, Date/Time
<Date & Heure>.
7. Pour quitter le menu, appuyez sur le bouton MENU.
[ Remarques ]
I Les informations Date/Time <Date/Heure> s'affichent
sous la forme 12:00 AM JAN.1,2005 dans les conditions
suivantes :
- lorsqu'une partie vierge d'une cassette est lue ;
