Software Versions / Fault Codes

Software version can be checked by either:
1. Press and hold START and COOKING OPTIONS (upper oven) for 3 seconds.
2. Press and hold START and POPCORN for 3 seconds.
The method varies based on the model.
Lower Oven fault codes can be accessed by pressing and holding START and BAKE (lower oven) for 3 seconds.

Second Cause That Sets Fault Code

2 0 A climb in oven temperature to above the "Error Unlock
Temperature" (EEPROM parameter), while the latch input is
false (door is not locked)
2 1 Oven temperature climbs above the "Error Unlock
Temperature" (EEPROM parameter), while the latch input is
true (door is locked)
2 2 Temperature regulation error
3 0 Oven RTD Short
3 1 Oven RTD Open

4 0 Oven meat probe short
6 0 Communication loss to the Machine Control
6 6 Communication loss between Bridge and Machine Control
8 0 Oven Parametric data CRC fault or RAM check fail
9 0 Oven Door becomes Locked while it is expected to be unlocked
(i.e.: during standby or cooking)
9 1 Oven Door becomes Unlocked while it is expected to be locked
(i.e.: during self-clean and Steam clean)
9 2 Oven Unlock Home and Lock Home are true simultaneously
9 6 The speed of the fan is below the Min Fan Speed parameter for
30 seconds
9 8 The speed of the fan is below the Min Fan Speed parameter for
30 seconds
