- Page 5 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Supplied loose in box continued: Rocker frame 42mm bolt base cover 38mm bolt Ottoman frame base cover (dome head) To assemble Chair Frame... Unfold backrest of chair frame. Insert plastic nuts into both sides of the hole in the backrest frame.
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Chair Frame continued... Tighten bolt onto locating tube on armrest using Phillips head screwdriver (not included). Repeat steps 2-5 to assemble other side screw. WARNING Ensure screws are secure but not over-tightened. To attach Seat Cushion... Slide backrest cushion over the top of the seat frame.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To attach Seat Cushion continued... Hook seat cushion loops onto the pins. To assemble Armrests... Place armrest into position on the seat frame. Ensure the correct armrest is located on the correct side, as indicated by stickers on the frame and armrests.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Fabric Base Cover.. Secure cover to rear of seat frame by wrapping Velcro around rear bar as shown. Attach Velcro loops on top and bottom of rear fabric around frame as shown. Repeat for loops on other side of rear. Pass sides of cover behind frame and armrests as shown.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Ottoman... Place fabric Ottoman cover over frame of Ottoman. Turn Ottoman over, and secure Velcro loops around bottom of Ottoman frame. Place Ottoman frame onto Ottoman cushion. Secure Ottoman cushion onto frame using 38mm domed head screws.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To assemble Ottoman continued... Fasten Velcro loops on Ottoman sides around base of Ottoman frame. To adjust Back Rest... To adjust backrest, push lever down and slide base of cushion forwards or backwards.
