Setting procedure
This section informs you how to set the hotplates.
The table shows heat settings and cooking times for
various meals. The tips that follow help you to save
energy.
Set the required heat setting in the control panel.
Heat setting 1 = lowest power level
Heat setting 9 = highest power level.
Every heat setting has an intermediate setting. This is
identified by a dot.
The hob must be switched on.

Select the hotplate.
To do this, touch the ý symbol. 0 flashes in the
heat setting display.

Within the next 5 seconds, slide your finger along
the control panel until the desired heat setting
appears in the hotplate display.
Heat setting 1 = lowest power level
Heat setting 9 = highest power level
The heat setting display lights up continuously
after 5 seconds. The hotplate is switched on.
