Wrap a piece d tape around the.grmve

the end of the shock absorber.
Dip the oil seal in damper oil and install it
on the damper.
CAUTION
Be careful

damage fhe oil seal

into fhe shock

hydrgulic pre& Dntil
the
oil seal
driver and oil seal driver ring stops at the
edge of the outer
case.

(21 TAPE
Install
the back-up
ring.
tns?all the
stop ring, being certain that it is
seated in the ring grouve
in
the outer
case.
Install the
boot
and
boot
clip.
