increments.
• After the set time is up, the timer counts
up the time up to 23 hours, 59 minutes and
59 seconds.
• The set time can be used repeatedly unless
c a n c e l e d .
5 . D a i l y a l a r m : The alarm can be set to ring
on a 24-hour basis.
• H o u r l y t i m e s i g n a l : Can be set to ring
every hour on the hour with a single beep.
6 . Illuminating light: The light evenly illuminates
the display for easy viewing in the dark.

* If the stopwatch is measuring and button "A"
is pressed to change the mode from the STOPWATCH,
the TIMER mode appears, skipping the MEMORY
RECALL mode.

1 . Press button "A" to show the TIME/CALENDAR
mode.
2 . Press button "B" for 2 to 3 seconds to show
the time/calendar setting display. The second
digits start flashing.
3 . Selection of the digits to be adjusted (flashing)
is made in the following order by pressing
button "C".

4 . Press button "D" to set the flashing digits.

When the seconds count any number from

one minute is added and the seconds are
reset to "00".

CALENDAR mode.
N o t e s :
1 . When setting the hour digits in the 12-hour
indication, check that AM/PM is set properly.
Only "PM" mark is displayed. For the AM
setting, there is no indication.
In the 24-hour indication, "24" is displayed.
2 . O n c e t h e y e a r , m o n t h a n d d a t e h a v e b e e n
set, the day of the week is set automatically.
3. If the watch is left untouched in the time/
calendar setting display with the digits flashing,
i t w i l l a u t o m a t i c a l l y r e t u r n t o t h e T I M E /
CALENDAR mode in 1 to 2 minutes.

• The stopwatch can measure up to 23 hours,
59 minutes and 59 seconds.
• It measures in 1/100-second increments for
t h e f i r s t h o u r a n d i n 1 - s e c o n d i n c r e m e n t s
t h e r e a f t e r .

is used. The data obtained from the start till

* Lap time measured remains displayed for 5
seconds in the upper row. In the lower row,
t h e l a p n u m b e r i s d i s p l a y e d , f o l l o w e d b y
split time measured. Then, the measurement
in progress appears.
* The time elapsed from the finish of the race
u n t i l t h e e n d o f t h e m e a s u r e m e n t w i l l n o t
be included in the measurement.
* * Lap time/split time can be measured repeatedly
by pressing button "C".

measurements can be stored in memory. If
more than 75 / 100 measurements are made,
the measurements over 75 / 100 will not be
stored in memory.
2 . When the memory has become full and a lap
time/split time measurement is made, "FULL"
appears below the measured lap time, indicating
that the measurement data is not stored in
m e m o r y . T o c h e c k t h e m e m o r y c a p a c i t y ,
change the mode to the MEMORY RECALL
mode, which displays the number of storable
data.
3 . I f t h e l a p t i m e m e a s u r e m e n t e x c e e d s 6 0
m i n u t e s , a n y f r a c t i o n l e s s t h a n a s e c o n d
will be discarded when it is displayed. The
split time recalled in the MEMORY RECALL
mode, which is the accumulation of the actual
lap time measurements, therefore, may not
be exactly equal to the one displayed when
it was measured.

which a block number is assigned.

(Cal. W151) of data can be stored in memory,

block after the measurement.

Press button "A" to show the MEMORY RECALL
m o d e . " R E C A L " i s d i s p l a y e d f i r s t , a n d t h e n

3. Press button "D" to recall the stored data in
the block. The lap/split number is displayed
f i r s t , a n d t h e n t h e l a p t i m e a n d s p l i t t i m e
are displayed in the upper and lower rows,
respectively.
* With each press of the button, the stored
data is recalled successively from the oldest
to the newest.

• To erase the data block by block:
In the block selection display, press button
"C" to select the block of data to be erased,
a n d t h e n p r e s s a n d h o l d b u t t o n " B " u n t i l
"DEL" appears. The data only in the selected
block is erased from memory.
• To erase the data in all the blocks at a stretch:
In the block selection display with any block
n u m b e r s h o w n , p r e s s a n d h o l d b u t t o n " B "
u n t i l " F R E E " a p p e a r s . T h e d a t a i n a l l t h e
blocks is erased from memory.
N o t e s :
1 . W h e n a b l o c k o f d a t a i s e r a s e d , t h e b l o c k
number is reassigned accordingly.
2. W h e n t h e s t o r e d d a t a i n a l l t h e b l o c k s i s
erased, the mode is automatically changed
to the STOPWATCH.
3 . T h e s t o r e d d a t a c a n n o t b e e r a s e d o n e b y
one.
