WArning! negative pressure in a home is a serious issue. if there is a problem,
the stove should be installed with a Fresh Air Kit (not included).

Possible causes
No power
defective control head
Hopper is empty
Hopper lid is open
Pellet and/or auger jam
auger motor failure
Hopper switch failure
Possible causes
Hopper is empty
Poor quality fuel
Power supply interrupted
Plugged firepot
overtemp
loose connection on spade
terminal
overtemp
loose connection on spade
terminal
inadequate door seals
Front door is ajar
ash pan is ajar
vacuum switch hose is loose/
disconnected, or switch is broken

remedy
Check to see if stove is plugged in
Check communication cable
Check electrical outlet for power
Check fuse on incoming red power
wire
Test and replace control head if
needed
add fuel to hopper
Close hopper lid
Check auger for fines or pellet jam
replace auger motor
Bypass switch to test. replace
hopper switch if needed
remedy
add fuel to hopper
Change fuel supplier/moisture test
corn
Check power supply. go through
re-ignite sequence
Clean firepot. Clear all holes of ash
or debris
allow stove to cool and reset switch
Check connections on switch and/or
lower plug on im
allow stove to cool and reset fuel
shutoff.
Check connections on switch and/or
lower plug on im
Check that rope seals are in working
condition
Close door securely
Secure ash pan in its proper position
make sure vacuum switch hose is
attached to the switch. replace
switch if necessary.
