The IC16725 in the SC board checks several errors (CERR as disconnection between SC and
SU/SD board, SERR as F5V voltage, OVP as VAD and VSCN voltage, PGOOD as F15V voltage).
If the IC detects error, the SOS circuit generates the SOS7_SC2 signal causing the unit shutdown
and the power LED to blink 7 times.
