Directory Lock

If you activate the Directory Lock feature, you can prevent other people from looking in your Directory.
While the Directory Lock feature is activated—
•
You cannot look in your Directory.
•
You can still place or receive calls.
•
You can turn on or off the portable station.
1. When the portable station is idle, press [Menu] [2] [2]
to bring up the Lock Directory menu.
2. Press [Menu].
If a password is not registered, you will hear a warning
tone to indicate that you cannot activate the Directory Lock
feature.
3. Enter the four-digit password.
If you enter the wrong password, you will hear a warning
tone to indicate that you cannot activate the Directory Lock
feature.
