Solutions
Check that your appliance is
correctly plugged in and press the
illuminated on/off switch (on the
front of the base).
Turn your appliance off and refill it
to the max line on the side of the
water tank.
Be sure that the hose is fully unra-
veled.
Unplug your steamer and refill it.
Descale the steamer and descall at
least once a year or every 100
hours of use. If your water is hard,
increase the frequency.
